We are just about to celebrate our first year in our dedicated Classical Pilates studio in Locks Heath Centre! Thank you to all of our students who have made us so welcome.

Our youngest clients are in their teens and eldest almost 90! We have gone from a staff of 1, now to 4 teachers! We have over 50 classes, open 7 days a week in the studio; including matwork, Reformer, towers, pregnancy Pilates and post natal Pilates. Private sessions available too. pastel and blushing items for a prom party

Most of our staff found ... Pilates through their own need; either for rehab after accidents, cross-training or just a want to de-stress and take more care of themselves. We can put all of this knowledge and passion into working with our clients
